Tasked with creating a standalone help site for myPolicies, a policy management software.
The main issue we were trying to solve for was to alleviate the pressure on the product owner to provide guidance and answer any and all questions from individual users. By creating a help site we could enable the user to be more autonomous having their questions answered quickly and easily.

An addition to the existing Info-Tech dashboard where users track the progress of various diagnostics that are currently running. This tool helps IT Departments collect feedback on specific projects that have been implemented to gage success and ways to improve.
Project created during an Info-Tech Innovation days hackathon that happens twice a year. One of the researchers approached us with a tool they were using to capture skills & competencies for their client’s employees. We took two days and 5 designers/devs to build this. I worked on the UI and we all talked through user flows and features.
We were able to map out the user’s full journey and prototyped the beginning stage of data collection with a fun interactive tool using silly content to keep our pitch engaging.
Created Style guides for Info-Tech and McLean & Company to establish a consistent look across both brands that could be easily shared within the team and socialized across the company.
