This site is mainly for the admin user so we created 3 admin personas based on feedback from the product owner who's current setup allows her to be in constant contact with users.
Users would be onboarded through a series of videos and documentation and then be able explore the site for any other information they may require.
Part of our consideration, based on client feedback was to make sure we included instructional videos but also to make sure we provided the same documentation as text so that we could serve two types of users, those who find videos useful and those who don’t. Also, we wanted to ensure we could reach both users who had high and low levels of technology proficiency since there seemed to be all levels of knowledge within the client pool.
